Artwork ships in 1-3 business days via USPS. US domestic shipping is a flat rate based on 3 basic sizes. The cost of shipping is included (for continental United States only), provided you keep the painting. If you decide to return it, we will be required to deduct the costs of shipping artwork to you, and the cost to pick it up, from your refund.
International shipping fees are based on size and weight of each piece as well as the destination.
All canvases are carefully wrapped before shipping. Please notify us immediately if your painting should arrive damaged. Please keep all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible to begin the process of filing a claim.
If you must return a painting, please notify us within 7 days, and return within 2 weeks. If you are unsure about the colors, or uncertain about the scale of a painting, we can easily provide additional photos. We will also provide options for framing.
